All proposals must be submitted through NuRamp: https://nuramp.nebraska.edu/login.

After logging in, click on “IC Application” from the “Quick Add Actions” at the left or select “Internal Competitions”: “Applications” from the drop down menu in the top left corner. One you get to the “Application” landing page, click on the “Add a New Application” button.
