Download a Faculty Development Fellowship application forms 申请表 (.pdf). Complete the form, and submit it to the office of the SVCAA. SVCAA将通知申请人批准。 有关申请过程的问题应直接向SVCAA办公室咨询，电话：308-865-8885。

教师发展奖学金申请应按照以下时间表在下一学年休假：

• 10月1日，系主任提交申请
• 11月1日，各自院长提交申请
• 11月15日，申请截止日期：华纳大厅1000套房，学术事务高级副校长

完成的申请必须包括标准表格。 申请表必须详细说明拟休假的目的及预期福利。 The application shall be reviewed for recommendation to the President by the applicant’s Department Chair, appropriate Dean, the Senior Vice Chancellor for 学术事务 and the Chancellor.
