University 村公寓 combines the perfect blend of independence and campus connection. Ideal candidates f或 this complex include married students, students with children, graduate students, UNMC students, and students age 21+ as of August 1, 2025 f或 Fall 2025 and 学生 age 21+ bef或e they move into the apartment.  

全日制学生注册为至少12个学分的本科生或9个学分的研究生，必须保持有资格作为居民。 太阳城娱乐官网和UNMC的学生有资格申请。

乡村单位租金

Additional Fees (per semester):
$60 - Laundry fee: unlimited use of washers and dryers
$10 - METS (Managing Environments Through 学生)

公寓价格包括网络费用和所有水电费。

2. 在左侧，点击“工具”

3. 从选项中点击“校园住房”

4. 当你到达房屋欢迎页面时，点击“乡村公寓合同”按钮。
