校内生活要求

学生的成功是我们居住生活的重点。太阳城娱乐官网大学科尔尼分校根据校董会政策制定了校内生活政策，作为重要教育和发展目的的要求。所有在秋季学期开学第一天未满19岁的全日制学生都必须在学年期间住在大学宿舍，除非符合符合条件的豁免之一。

选择2025-2026年住房豁免申请。
填写房屋豁免表格
上传你的证明文件
完成签名页
点击保存并继续
你的房屋豁免申请已经完成

一旦我们收到您的住房豁免申请，我们会通知您是否需要进一步的信息，或者通知您您的申请是否被批准或拒绝。

居住生活办公室认识到并非所有学生都可以确定为女性或男性。根据要求，住宿部将为跨性别、性别酷儿、性别不符合和/或非二元性别的学生安排房间和环境。 Thus, while completing a housing assignment, a student may find that the housing option available on the MyBlue account’s 住房 portal is not lining up with the chosen gender identity. If this occurs, please email Residence Life at housing@unk.edu or call us at 308-865-8519 so that we can discuss a suitable room assignment.

2025 - 2026合同

取消合同的费用是多少？

学年合约：

2025年5月31日或之前= 0美元

June 1, 2025 - September 20, 2025: $500 and 50% of the remaining fall semester’s room and board charges.

September 21, 2025 - May 1, 2026: $500 and 50% of the remaining fall and spring semester’s room and board charges.

春季学期合同（非学年合同）：

2025年11月30日或之前= 0美元

December 1, 2025- May 1, 2026: $500 and 50% of the remaining spring semester’s room and board charges.

以下情况不收取取消费用：

12月毕业
退出太阳城娱乐官网。没有参加任何2026年春季课程。
转到太阳城娱乐官网以外的另一所学校。不报2025年春季班。
全日制（全日制是12个或更多学分）以下的注册变更。
参加批准的海外学习项目
学生教学
学术实习
怀孕
婚姻
军事服务要求居住在科尔尼地区以外的居民。

必须在要求的取消日期前至少五(5)个工作日提供适当的文件。

合同取消费适用于希望解除住房合同并作为全日制学生搬离校园的学生。

我如何取消我的合同？

如欲取消房屋合约，请填写“房屋合约取消表格”。您的取消申请被处理后，将会收到一封确认邮件。

2025-2026合同取消

学生必须在太阳城娱乐官网大学科尔尼分校或太阳城娱乐官网大学医学中心保持全日制学生身份，以保持住房资格。中央社区学院的学时可以满足全日制12学时的要求。 Proof of class enrollment at Central Community College is required for eligibility.

Those who drop below full time status must fill out an 资格豁免表格 and return it to the 住宿生活办公室. 一旦表格提交，将被审查，并通知学生他们的请求是否被批准或拒绝。
