A native of Rexburg, Idaho, Dr. Bell earned a BA in Psychology from BYU–Idaho, an MA in Community Counseling from Gonzaga University, and a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from Florida State University. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Boston University’s Albert and Jessie Danielsen Institute.
