As “the first person in ID to go international,” Hudson is aware of how important her 实习 is for her professionally. When she was approached by a recruiter an ID Career Fair, she knew she would “absolutely love” the opportunity to work abroad in her chosen career. After she trains briefly in Dallas, Texas, Hudson will spend six weeks in the Netherlands while also taking a few trips to the company’s London offices. When she returns to 太阳城娱乐官网, she will travel once again to present what she learned through her 实习 “to both executive boards in Dallas.”

Not only does Hudson have field experience thanks to her job at Fastenal in Kearney, she also has honed her leadership skills by being part of the 产业分配组织’s Leadership Team. The IDO, which is one of the largest student organizations on campus, gives students like Hudson the opportunity to take what they’re learning in class into the real world.
