修读本课程符合以下要求：

• 恢复为撤销点
• Under Age 21 – accumulation of 6 points
• 职业驾驶证
• 州外违规（并非所有州都有资格）
• 法院推荐
• 在驾驶记录上记两分（有限制）*

*To receive the two-point credit, the class must be completed on a voluntary basis – if the Nebraska DMV is requiring the course for reinstatement or to prevent suspension for the under age 21 point accumulation – it will not be used for the point credit. Point reduction can only be utilized once every five years and the course must be completed prior to the date of violation that would assess the 12^th point on the driving record. 持有居留证的人士没有资格获得两分积分。
