The OIR Faculty Fellows Program nurtures the careers of the University of Nebraska’s most promising faculty members who are actively involved in online education and technology innovations. 目标是为高影响力和创新的学术创造时间和空间，同时创造一个知识交流的环境和对跨学科学术的欣赏。

“Society is constantly changing. It’s not a stagnant student body, so teaching practices from 20 years ago aren’t going to be as effective on today’s student.
